Pros: Good team members to work with. Good management We can learn lots of things More chances to visit Philippines and US to work with actual charger
Cons: Working long hours to finish tasks one after another.
$1000 bonus every quarter i think its 2 or 3% match after putting in 5% for 401k 2 weeks paid time off 1 week sick 13 paid holidays last year we had some furlough days unpaid.
