Pros: Good work life balance here. Decent pay Care for employees Health incentive and employee stock program Great people and wide variety of projects and industries. ESOP benefits are great if you plan on retiring with Burns. ESOP flat structure risk averse management diverse industries served (recession proof)
Cons: the work life balance and being full time in office Low pay. Benefits are expensive even if you participate in the company's health program. Management has a little of a “this is how we've always done things” mentality which given how successful the company has been is understandable.

ESOP is a great benefit! Very great company. The atmosphere is amazing Time options was great. You could take time off whenever you needed too.

ESOP is the best. Parental leave could be better Benefits are great! Some work to be done about incentives for discounts and how those work but fantastic nonetheless. ESOP is a great benefit!
