Pros: Decent pay certain bosses quite pleasant to interact with Some great supervisors. Flexible hours and rewarding to work with children Flexible good entry pay and free training Flexible hours supervision friendly staff amazing work opportunity to better yourself and others.
Cons: Low pay rate for employees that have been here for 1 Less support and oversight from supervisors and managers due to having home Hard to get consistent hours or full time No training for trainees building hours towards certification
