Pros: Autonomy (more ‘forced' due to lack of management) Good people and lot of learning Good salary Good work life balance Decent training for new hires.
Cons: Awful management cliquey inconsistent unsupportive resourced with certain people working very hard to make up for it Low salary compared to industry average No work life balance No training.
