Pros: People want to work really hard and company is very forward in the industry. workers that are willing to collaborate Innovative product and systems Fast growing company that's investing in it's infrastructure and people Very flexible work environment Leadership is accessible and willing to engage with all levels in the organization Small engaging and purpose driven company that strives for excellence!
Cons: People are willing to sell out others to get ahead.
