Pros: Free supervision and trainings are available
Cons: Management made up rules along the way At the time there were limited benefits Increased collaboration within teams increased collaboration between medication management and therapist Extremely unsupportive work environment.
Good benefits and good pay No 401k matching. Insurance plan is bad. Not being able to cash out on PTO when you leave is disappointing.
