Pros: Competitive pay The building has a great culture The people I work with are great. Most of the benefits are great.
Cons: Finally the pay (in corporate) is awful. No job security

Overall the benefits package is very competitive. The company offers several healthcare plans depending on your personal needs. The cost to add a spouse or dependent is relatively low compared to other great companies. Get the usually benefits good the best thing working for carvana is great leader ship

Pros: The people I work with are great. Competitive pay The building has a great culture Most of the benefits are great.
Cons: Finally the pay (in corporate) is awful. The senior leadership is extremely unprofessional and showcase favoritism so blatantly.

Great variety and options to choose from Health Insurance was good and comprehensive Carvana seems to be meeting the industry standard of PTO/Time Off with 15 days of PTO and 5 days of protected sick time. There is no opportunity to gain more PTO through loyalty and tenure.
