Cons: Rules aren't flexible and it can be difficult if you don't have a great manager.

Pros: Good work life balance and campany share scheme. Good pay and people to work with Good job at times benefits were good. Good but not so good in management Work culture is good here
Cons: Better work life balance would be appreciated Pay was good for area but not competitive nationally. Pay and benefits are comparable with other industries Bad management will shift you around to meet deadlines on things you know little about Work culture is bad if you are a contract employee
