Pros: Annual salary could be a little better. ~Awesome benefits Management was supportive which made it easier to handle the tougher days there Flexibility Remote Capability Great Leadership and Management Work Culture
Cons: One day training when you first start. No support terrible salary watch your back. No Accountability No benefits No real structure. Management is horrible disorganized no communication pay is the worst!
Affordable health benefits for all 401k contributions were not the best Benefits are not good. Health insurance has $4000 deductible unless you want to up to an extremely high premium. Coverage isn't good. Dental and vision don't cover much. Don't expect to take a vacation.
