Salary - B | Culture - C | Management - C | Coworkers - C
Pros: There are some good people there but not worth the hassle. Depending on the department managers are flexible with most job responsibilities depending on your interests. There is a beautiful office with a super cool breakroom. Good pay employees are mostly nice departmental managers are good.
Cons: There are still some good people who I still keep in contact today but they usually don't last long. When I used to work there one of the top managers flipped his lid and had a literal temper tantrum and chewed out an employee in front of everyone. CEO is the final decision maker regardless of how large or small the decision is which makes the approval process and projects take longer.
The benefits were fine. Nothing bad to say. Benefits were decent at CBS. Great employment perks and on-site facilities.
