Salary - C | Culture - C | Management - C | Coworkers - B
Pros: Flexibility in schedule Decent pay for clients who actually show Flexible schedule work from home Decent benefits if you can manage a caseload of 35+ clients consistently (which is unrealistic for most considering frequent no shows) I have received more than adequate training communication is great management is responsive and we are provided monthly feedback including things we can improve upon and things we are doing well! I loved working for cerebral management was great and good culture
Cons: a lot of charting and low pay per patient session. no benefits despite subject to minimum hours and performance reviews/metrics Will say one thing turn around and do the opposite with no communication even when there appear to be. Poor management.
Great PTO and Mental Health Fridays cost of health insurance is paid for almost entirely by the company (used to be 100% but now is a small percentage...) plus unlimited PTO and fully remote work environment. no 401k matching but may bring it back in the future. I wish they would improve their benefits.
