Pros: Coworkers are compassionate experienced and knowledgeable. work from home and good benefits
Cons: Very poor management in IT analytics
Solid health benefit plans ranging from HSA to more traditional (albeit more expensive) traditional plans. Good PTO allotment though like many healthcare organizations its combined with holiday pay. Remote work for roles that are able (I.e. back office shared services groups). Good 401k Match policy and percentage Decent PTO plan. Pros: Coworkers are compassionate experienced and knowledgeable. The mission of helping children and families is amazing.
Cons: High turnover including many long term staff members due to poor decisions/lack of planning poor project management lack of employee engagement and difficult manager. Favoritism is real. Very poor management in IT analytics
