Pros: Coworkers are nice to work with.
Cons:
The best thing is the people. They offer both vacation and sick time so you don't have to use your vacation when you are sick. 401K plan is ok. They do contribute a small amount. Health insurance is okay but wish it was cheaper. Dental is cheap. Did not need any type of health dental benefits at the time of employment.
