Pros: Great technology up pros 100% remote tech reimbursement and an interesting area that has TONS of potential.
Cons: Shifting goals and stagnant middle management makes it so that nothing gets done Millions of meetings that are nothing but a time waster.
Fully remote company unlimited discretionary PTO remote work for all employees Health insurance is pretty mediocre.
