Pros: It's a nice company to work with great employees. We are relly responsible with our services keeping absolutely respect and profissionalism in everything we do.
Cons:
Offer work from home option. Health insurance and vacation were decent but they promoted a generous incentive pay structure that never materialized for me (And none of the other employees that I know of) despite meeting the threshold. Management changed the structure after I met the bonus criteria and then kept on delaying payout. The company does not offer anything to their employees. The they don't even pay enough for their employees to afford one of the awful medical plans they offer.
