Pros: Good people and Great hours
Cons: Drama no follow through and bad employees are kept longer than they should be. Long shifts overworked underpaid underappreciated toxic coworkers negative environment given points for taking time off for very important life situations management is cold treated as a number
The best thing about this business is that the managers are kind and understanding. The cost of the insurance is expensive for how little it covers. Thats the huge down side.
