Pros: Great culture People are friendly and the perks (well Good technology Definitely not a place you can coast but the pay is above average and you will love it if you like a challenge and like to constantly learn new things. Great WLB friendly coworkers and manager
Cons: Someone else said it as well but the culture is extremely toxic.
Doordash benefits were very helpful 401k matching lunch credit Monday - Thursday on doordash + free lunches Friday. Health insurance is reasonable but not amazing. PTO days are pretty limited compared to a tech company but standard for a finance company.
