Cons: Pay is not that great
Clearpoint offers really good health insurance for the employee at a very low cost. More expensive to add dependents but I'm thankful for the option. Matching 401(k) and a bonus every 1000 hours of work. Nice! Good small agency. Very good benefits: 401K w/ match profit sharing healthcare They have no vision or dental.
