Pros: Some good people throughout the business Good management Good work/life balance Good benefits and with WFH arrangement Very flexible and good pay
Cons: Lack of knowledge and people never pulling their weight Could use better management and structure Compensation is not on the top but work/life balance is good. Salary not the best decent benefits Low pay compared to other BA jobs
Pretty straight forward and common benefits. Has 401k match up to 5% CPU offers a fair benefits package.
