Pros: The Ceo is really trying to make Connections great but has push back from the floor leadership. Great benefits. Co workers are largely great.
Cons: They treat people like trash and brush incidents under the rug until they have to answer for them from Adhs or get audited by joint commission.Nothing will change if the leadership isn't changed from The top down including in house human resources at upc is judgemental and treats people like they are not truthful.
Free life insurance equal to 1 year salary Decent benefits and PTO offering Health benefits are expensive. 401K vesting is 6 years.
