Pros: Free healthcare free checkup and discount on some medical procedures.
Cons: Inadequate recognition to accounting team and the overall contribution to the company. Employed as contract before offered a permanent position Low pay Limited benefits. No one can take a step forward if you aren't favored by the manager the CEO or any of the executives!
Options Decent insurance prices and also match on 401k and retirement. there is good 401k and good dental program it was affordable and easy to access. 401k matches up to 3%
