Pros: Supportive STAFF at this company
Cons: Poor training and corrupt management Tons of people were fired from there strict attendance policies most of which were single moms with unexpected sick kids school delays etc. Overtime is almost constant and many people opt to work it anyway because the pay is so low they need the overtime to financially survive. Poor communication and unrealistic workloads.
Expensive benefits plans and not many options to choose from. You do better getting benefits on your on outside of going through their company.
