Pros: Great team and good leadership Work life balance and engaging work with volunteers. Good job security and I've met a lot of people that have worked in CFA for 20+ years Good people that are banging their heads against a wall Friendly environment Good Pay Reasonable expectations on performance
Cons: Poor leadership not trying at all The pay was quite low

Pros: Great team and good leadership Work life balance and engaging work with volunteers. committed personnel career longevity (sometimes) attempts made by management to be transparent Good job security and I've met a lot of people that have worked in CFA for 20+ years Nice colleagues
Cons: Poor leadership not trying at all The operations management treat each other poorly as a result of undiagnosed PTSD from being exposed to horrific events
