Pros: Yes the work is not easy but management understands that and tries to make coming to work enjoyable. In addition to a bonus employees are eligible for recognition and service awards food days monthly events and more. friendly coworkers
Cons: Management is awful and play favorites. Health benefits are expensive for family The work is not easy and takes a person with excellent communication skills and empathy for the patients they are speaking to.

Recognition program generous PTO 401k Aflac etc PTO 401k+ match WFH no weekends When they fire you they remove money out of your IRA or retirement plan and send a check from a life insurance company. I never paid into any of those things. Now I'm being penalized on my taxes. Also the day you get fired they immediately shut off your benefits which is ridiculous bc it's suppose to stay until the end of the month. I pay for that! I do! The worst thing is you pay all this money to be able to have health insurance the penalize you for leaving work to use. Bad all together.
