Pros: The benefits are good and they have summer hours People are friendly and the engineering team is not very demanding
Cons: Not much growth opportunities or advancement opportunities
Health insurance 401k and Employee stock purchase program are top tier. Best I've seen anywhere. Good time off package & decent health care The worst thing was that at the time H.R. wasn't very transparent.
