Pros: Pay is good for job Benefits are good Management was great Flexible hours and team work Cool coworkers sometimes and customers are nice
Cons: Pay is low and hard to promote Benefits are HORRIBLE! Bad management and sometime rude customers Long hours and hard to be promoted unless you are a license pharmacist Coworkers routinely call in and you are forced to do all their work If you do your job you are expected to do others work even if they are terrible workers and do not put their best foot forward you are expected to pick up all of their slack.
