Pros: Competitive salary normal working hours Good benefits Excellent environment and colleagues very nice learning path Japanese culture
Cons: Management is 45 years in the past. Salary is low but for those newly job all got high salary. Bad hours and no benefits. Colleagues is good high management toxic and not sure where the company heading too Toxic Management that encourage toxic culture
The company culture is great. Full of hard workers great benefits and good leaders. Benefits are great for single or family. Low cost with good benefits
