Pros: Databricks has amazing leadership where I feel the CEO tells us how it is. Employees here are extremely talented and it's a very transparent culture as well. Everyone is very kind and willing to share advice and their resources. The perks and benefits that are definitely one of the best that you would see out there. It's a startup; endless opportunities to come in and improve a process that you're passionate about (rewarding/impactful to Databricks)
Cons: Accountability from Leadership is lacking. Everyone was always too busy to help out.
