Pros: Good culture and investment in people success Great product proactive leadership good colleagues amazing people centered management Generous with snacks etc. Pay is good
Cons: Toxic culture Leadership: The CTO + Marketing and BDR leadership are completely lost . especially given how many chances we give people. The management on the commercial and customer side are failing quarter after quarter to deliver their objectives yet they remain in place and despite their unability to lead by example do not hesitate to put a heavy pressure on the field teams who as far as they are concerned are massively exposed to Employee Improvement Plans and exits.
