Pros: There is potential to actually get higher than midpoint if the bonus pays out super high but I haven't ever earned that much. Great company culture upper management is approachable making progress on communicating strategy internally great benefits. The company values each individual and allows healthy work life balance.
Cons: No career growth path no work
