Pros: Good pay Good benefits and atmosphere of working. Work/life balance was good and they had a micro kitchen. some great people Kind people and great culture
Cons: Low pay. Having a project in another time zone can be challenging on the work hours but the pros and benefits of this out weigh the bad. Work life balance Overbearing managers After the pandemic the training was even telling people what they could not say at work about who they were friends with. Culture is a bit dated/traditional.

Discounts retirement unique experiences family events Great benefits — insurance is super affordable and great. Benefits are offered at a reasonable cost. Disney truly cares about its employees

Great benefits for full time employees Amazing health packages for families discounts at the parks/hotels and Maingate passes for myself and my dependents. Health Insurance easy to navigate with plenty of physician options. Free EAP and mental health counseling. Free Headspace app. It is easy to accrue time off but they fail to acknowledge that you'll ever get approved to use that time off.

Decent PTO sick time health insurance. Not amazing but better than a lot of companies 401 k and lots more! The best thing is when you are a cast members you can just enjoy all the Parks for free. The worst thing might be long shift but it's the nature of the job which not happen everyday.

Pros: Great people and job perks Good benefits compared to some of the other entertainment companies good pay for lower downs Good culture and values Good work life balance.
Cons: Adapted poorly to WFH (Slack is nuts and I have started a meeting with 10 people that 250 people attended) Benefits are alright however pay is under for job qualifications Low pay compared to other companies. I was told there was a time when Cast (Employees) were regarded as the biggest asset for the company and alot of care was taken to ensure the Cast are well taken care of and culture is maintained. Force overtime during seasons so if you want work life balance it is hard.

Park tickets are so great Many benefits dental medical maternal etc We spend way too much money on insurance for such little pay.

Admission discounts making magical moments free admission to the disney parks (with blockout dates) Free park admission + discounts on merch! Merch discounts are super high during the holidays. I wish we got more discounts on food locations.

Management is awful and ever changing.

Solid benefits package/401K match rate Hard to get health benefits since most positions are part time. But the other benefits are great! Free main gate passes for you your partner and any dependents. And the parental leave is great along with additional paid child bonding leave. Great benefits package that includes family planning reimbursement.
