Pros: Free food decent benefits people are good to work with. Best work ethics positive work entertainment and people are much friendly.
Cons: No opportunity to explore different areas Not the best work life balance.
Company pays 80% of healthcare premium which is very nice.Company doesn't sponsor 401(k) until 6 months which is too long.Free food is very nice daily. 100% medical benefits coverage for non exempt roles. No company perks.
