Pros: Good pay if you can ensure torture for several years with no vacations.
Cons: The CEO is absolutely insane. Insane hours. Interview process is ridiculous. Several people there have made serious once in a lifetime sacrifices just to keep up their bonus because if they take time off they lose it.
