Pros: If you enjoy unsupportive and inept management you've found the honey hole. Upper management per division is great Great benifits and pay is good All of my coworkers are awesome
Cons: They are so behind on deliveries and sales it seams they hire people simply to apply blame as a substitute for poor management. Cutthroat culture teammates are scared and CYA and upper management lacks integrity from the very top down. low communication high expectations hands off training hard knocks approach to learning Home owner expectiontions not set by sales team
Overall decent benefits similar to other builders. Health 401K Vision Dental Discounts. Garbage not worth it at all.
