Pros: Good pay and treatment to students Good benefits and so on The people are great and it's great to interact with students Flexible hours and ability to choose different teaching formats Excellent environment with beautiful campus
Cons: Low pay and focus on reaching KPI's over real impact The pay is quite low but the benefits are good Good people is the only positive Long hours just by virtue of job needs as patients' cases in surgery may last longer than scheduled and posted. related facilities are not well developed around the campus.
Great campus! With a lot of research opportunities. Not very much benefits aside from pay. Duke University does not offer benefits for graduate students.
