Cons: In addition to now having taxes taken out instead of us paying our own at the end of the hear we are all getting a 9.8% pay cut to help the company pay for the cost of this conversion. Benefits are mediocre but you have to pay into them anyway with the 9.8% they rob from your commissions. communication between team members is hit or miss I haven't heard one person who isn't management actually happy with this new plan.
