Pros: unlimited PTO and lots of learning Some people are nice. Management has put more effort into hiring quickly when roles need to be filled Awesome clients a nice mix of brands to align with your interests or learn something new
Cons: SOME people are rude and have no compassion. 70 hour work weeks are common and never addressed by management).
Unlimited FTO Dogs in the office Decent benefits. Nothing exceptional but it's clear they attempt to take care of their employees as much as they can. Flexible Time Off is amazing!
