Pros: Competitive Salary Nice schedule. most people are great to work with.
Cons: Bad salaries. Bad schedule Sometimes communication is disjointed. Company culture changed very quickly when new leadership members were hired.
Great benefits con ed stipend and great parental leave. Also all books paid for through their book program as well!One downside is that the company does not put any money towards HSA contributions if that option is selected. Benefit package is pretty solid. 401k vesting needs some work though. Overall pretty good but bonus incentive plan was lacking significantly
