Pros: Good pay starting out but very hard to get along with doctors in a clinic setting. Benefits were great but not worth it Good management and team in my department. The people here are great and make the job enjoyable even on the bad days. Work life balance is good
Cons: Low pay and does not always recognize more experienced staff versus new staff Underpaid and benefits aren't good Poor Management communication and employees do not always feel appreciated. No work life balance
