Pros: Empower Brands boasts a fantastic culture that prioritizes teamwork work ethic and continuous improvement. Above average pay
Cons: Payroll people never do their job probably terrible maternity can't get a call to say sorry from HR if they mess up. Ops leader is consistently going into employees emails listening to private conversations gossiping to other managers and actively works hard to find issues on employees rather than leading and motivating her team to success.
