Pros: Good people to work with Good pay and environment. work life balance is good Good benefits offered by the company Outside of management the employees are fine
Cons: Most people are rude. Low pay and poor work No work life balance. Benefits Too much Red Tape even for the simple tasks. Culture and management too focused on making numbers and not the employees.
G-P pays approximately 85% of the cost of insurance premiums making it much more affordable than a lot of other companies. Excellent 401k match and adequate PTO. The benfits here are by far the best I have seen outside of the military. Great medical 401k and sometimes a bonus when we have done well.
