Pros: Staff are valued with opportunities less than money. Many people are determined to support employee well
Cons: review process changed and does not support above and beyond effort. Like most organizations not enough transparency from higher leadership.
PTO is decent with about 24 days per year. Recently change to CIGNA for health insurance. Preferred network plan has poor coverage limited in network labs. Extended network has a high monthly premium. Many complaints over coverage of medications. They do offer benefits for 0.5FTE and above. However premiums and deductibles aren't great. Preventive is covered nicely but other things have spotty coverage for health. I would say it's very average compared to other companies and benefit packages I have seen. Not the greatest healh insurance
