Pros: Great benefits (hardware travels swags) good pay + quarterly bonus The people are great at Epic. Work/life balance is great. Awesome leadership and colleagues
Cons: It has become demotivating and even though the benefits are amazing I probably won't stay much longer Some teams are less nice lower pay compared to US some people bored you have to interview again for leaping between departments. You have managers that simply don't care about leading people. Difficult work/life balance. Senior leadership graded heavily on managing up versus doing their job.

Definitely the quarterly cash bonuses and the health insurance with no co-payments New mega back door Roth options for 401k. Full benefits and healthcare coverage at no cost. Very good benefits including unlimited PTO
