    Pros: The people are awesome. Benefits were offered even to full Onboarding is great and you're given every opportunity to get adjusted. Excellent Culture Great Benefits / Competitive compensation!
    Cons: Great people they deserved their titles they're just not very diverse. Benefits could be better and improved

    401K is no longer held by Eventus. It switched to TechMahindra and does not offer a company match. No rolling PTO balance from year to year no sick time. If you needed to take a leave of absence you couldn't count of saved up PTO or accrued sick time because you were forced to use your PTO. Only 40 hrs were carried over every year. Use it or lose it. Very expensive health insurance. It is $500.00 more per month than a similar plan with my previous employer. I'd have negotiated harder on the salary had I know that my costs would increase by $6 000.00. Every aspect of the package is sub standard for the industry.
