Salary - C | Culture - C | Management - C | Coworkers - C
Pros: some pockets of the company are genuine and overall great people Benefits coworkers and early on competitive pay
Cons: Everyone keeps to themselves and they cancel contract as soon as they hire someone cheaper. meetings can be incredibly hostile and blame game Lack of transparency on a consistent basis.
NA they are normal nothing to call out Comprehensive benefits but nothing special Decent benefits. I think they need to add a stipend for hybrid employees since they have more work related costs than remote employees.

Pros: some pockets of the company are genuine and overall great people Benefits coworkers and early on competitive pay
Cons: Also management said no layoffs and then suddenly had a layoff which is bad for transparency. meetings can be incredibly hostile and blame game No training or trainers very disorganized and frustrating onboarding experience
Decent benefits. I think they need to add a stipend for hybrid employees since they have more work related costs than remote employees. I believe the health benefits offered are fair. The people team at Everly Health does put in effort to shop the market every so often.I feel the current offering is more or less in line with what is offered at other companies. Great benefits and time off.
