Pros: The benefits are great! Great benefits and competitive pay. Awesome culture at my location Great team Great management
Cons: The benefits could be better Pay is low In the aftermath of the pandemic the company culture has shifted from one of genuine care and appreciation for employees to one where the only focus is company bottom line and the profit loss if turn around times increase. to their possible new team. It's pathetic how bad management is at managing the workflow.
Health insurance benefits are nice 401K Stocks Health benefits Paid Time off. Compensation doesnt balance with expectations and workload
