Pros: Work life balance is good Great people industry and offices. Benefits are good Great culture no hierarchy. Good culture and competitive pay
Cons: Time zone politics no work life balance Encouraging people to go back 3 days a week Travel industry is a bit up and down Robotic culture (UK perspective). Not the most competitive pay.
