Pros: Good pay and competen project managers Decent benefits great people to work with. Good people.
Cons: The pay is also pretty average. Long hours but good for overtime Leadership is clueless VDC group is going nowhere no direction poor decision making added roadblocks everywhere
Benefits are great lots of time off provided too. I do enjoy the two hours of refresh time each month Personal care about the employees allowing for generous time off.
