Pros: Excellent benefits so some are great variety and autonomy Some management really work hard at creating and agile inclusive environment. Also some management are great leaders and proactive which sometimes makes up for those that just want to be a “boss”.
Cons: Politics poor leadership who doesn't lead or have knowledge in area poor career path poor treatment of women is about to erupt president had initial positive impact but has become disinterested have to kiss the ring to thrive
