Pros: but benefits are disgraceful good people nice enough work enviroment Good culture overall The compensation was pretty good
Cons: ZERO benefits no PTO i work with A LOT of incompetent people.
Able to contribute to a 401k plan as a contractor Fidelity Talent Source benefits (Medical/Dental/Disability) are a LIE and a SCAM ... use a third party life insurance company (Reliance Standard) to administer their plan ... my doctors dentists have not been able to get numerous claims paid in the 2+ years that I have worked for them... what they are doing should be illegal and FTS should be ashamed of their disgraceful behavior and make restitution for taking money out of my paycheck every week for 2+ years ... I HAVE NO INSURANCE You don't get the same expansive benefits as full time employees. It's bare bones benefits and that's only because some states have a required minimum. There's no PTO or vacation. Depending on your manager this can be flexible. You get 40 total sick hours a year that you can accrue. Once you have been there a year you can get a week's worth as a bonus.
